This wall hanging or table mat is eco printed fabric with an appliqué of multi-colored strips of contrasting fabric. The photo makes it hard to see the machined stitched lines on the added fabric. There is a slot to hold a dowel rod in place for hanging.
Eco prints are notoriously hard to photograph their true colors. Usually the actual colors are a little brighter!
