Crepe de Chine silk has a rich texture and less slippery than silk. It takes eco prints very well and this scarf has beautiful images of Eucalyptus leaves and seedpods scattered all over the fabric. The design was created by placing the plants on one half of the scarf and folding it over. The tops and bottoms of the leaves both print- the tops are orange/ yellow and the bottoms are warm browns. The ends of the scarf have a series of lines dyed on them which look like fringe!
Eco prints are notoriously hard to photograph their true colors. Usually the actual colors are a little brighter!
